Your bike is built, safety checked and road tested by our mechanics in Bow, then carried upright on a padded rack in a specialist van. No box, no assembly, no build fee at the other end.
Most bikes arrive in a box. Ours arrive ready to ride.
Buy a bike online almost anywhere else and it turns up flat packed. You unpack it, fit the bars, the front wheel, the pedals and the seatpost, then set the gears and the brakes yourself. Or you pay a local shop around 60 GBP to do it and wait for a slot.
Get a brake or a torque setting wrong and it is not a small mistake. Carbon parts crack when they are overtightened, and a brake that has not been bedded in does not stop you the first time you need it to.
We finish the bike before it moves. It is assembled, adjusted and ridden by a mechanic, then handed to a courier who carries bikes for a living. What arrives at your door is the same bike you would have wheeled out of the shop.
What fully built delivery means
Three things separate this from a boxed bike arriving on a parcel network.
Built before it moves
Your bike is assembled, torqued to spec, gear indexed, brakes bedded in and road tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics. It leaves the shop finished, not flat packed.
Carried, not boxed
A specialist bike courier collects it and carries it upright on a padded rack in a dedicated van. It is never stacked on a pallet or thrown on a parcel conveyor.
Insured and tracked
Fully insured in transit, with live tracking and a three hour delivery window sent to you the day before. You know when it is coming.

Our bike courier covers England and Wales, so bikes ordered from Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands are collection from the shop at the moment. Parts and accessories still ship to you as normal. If you want a bike sent further afield, message us and we will price a courier for you.

Order online
Choose your bike and your size, then pick Fully built bike delivery at checkout. The price is fixed by bike type and shown before you pay, with nothing to email us about.
We build it and check it
The bike is built, torqued, indexed and road tested in Bow. We tell you as soon as it is built and booked in with the courier.
The courier brings it to you
You get a tracking link and a three hour window the day before. The bike arrives upright, unboxed and ready to ride away.
Building it yourself can cost you the warranty
This is the part nobody mentions in the checkout of a big online retailer. Most manufacturers expect a bike to be built and handed over by an authorised dealer, and if a frame or a component fails after a home build, the first question asked is who assembled it.
We are an authorised dealer for the brands we sell, and every bike we send out is built and signed off by a Cytech qualified mechanic. Your warranty is intact from the day it arrives, and if something is not right in the first weeks, you have a real shop to bring it back to rather than a returns portal.

How much does bike delivery cost?
It is a fixed price by bike type, added at checkout: 79 GBP for road, gravel, hybrid and mountain bikes, 55 GBP for kids, BMX and folding bikes, 99 GBP for electric bikes under 25 kg, 129 GBP for electric bikes over 25 kg, and 55 GBP for framesets and wheels. Nothing is quoted case by case. If your order also contains parts or accessories, those carry their own delivery charge and checkout shows the two added together on a single Shipping line. You can see everything we deliver in our full bike range.
Where do you deliver bikes?
England and Wales. Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly are collection from the shop for now. If you are outside our delivery area and you want the bike sent, get in touch and we will price a courier for you separately.
Do I have to build anything?
No. That is the whole point. The bike arrives assembled, adjusted and road tested. Put the pedals down, sit on it and ride. Most online retailers ship a bike flat packed and leave the bars, the front wheel, the pedals, the seatpost, the gears and the brakes to you.
Does self assembly really affect the warranty?
It can. Most manufacturers require a bike to be built and handed over by an authorised dealer, and a warranty claim on a part that was fitted or torqued incorrectly at home is a claim you may lose. When our workshop builds it, that question never comes up.
How long does it take?
It depends on two stages: building and checking your bike here, then transit with our courier. We do not quote a fixed number of days. We email you as soon as your bike is built and booked in, and the courier gives you live tracking and a three hour delivery window the day before.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, and it is free from anywhere in the country. Choose collection at checkout and we will email you when the bike is built, checked and ready. The shop is at 4 Corsican Square, Bow, London E3 3XS, one minute from Devons Road DLR.
What about electric bikes?
E-bikes go the same way, on the same courier, at 99 GBP under 25 kg and 129 GBP over 25 kg. The battery travels with the bike and it arrives charged enough to ride. If you are unsure which band your model falls into, the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within seven days with photos and we deal with the courier, not you. The bike is fully insured in transit, and because it travels unboxed on a rack rather than through a parcel network, damage is rare.
