If you are not sure which part fits your bike, ask us before you order. Our mechanics in Bow deal with this every day and a two minute check saves you sending something back. We fit most of what we sell too, so you can order online and book the workshop at the same time.

The ranges we go deepest on are Muc-Off for cleaning and lube, Wahoo for trainers and computers, Magene for power meters and sensors, and Keada for clothing. Everything is available for delivery or free Click and Collect at 4 Corsican Square, one minute from Devons Road DLR.

Can I collect my parts order from the shop?

Yes, Click and Collect is free at 4 Corsican Square, Bow, E3 3XS, one minute from Devons Road DLR. We email you when the order is ready, and if you want the part fitted you can book the workshop for the same visit.

Will you fit what I order?

Most of it, yes. Order online and book the workshop at the same time so the part and the bike arrive together. Anything torque sensitive, hydraulic or tubeless is worth having done properly the first time rather than twice.

I do not know which part I need. Can you help?

That is what we are here for. Tell us the bike, the groupset and what it is doing wrong, and we will tell you what you actually need, which is sometimes cheaper than what you were about to order. Compatibility is where most online parts orders go wrong.
