Can you fix it while I wait?
A standard puncture usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, so yes, most of the time. The price starts at £20 and depends on the inner tube your wheel needs. Tenways and Hygge e-bikes, hub gears and enclosed chains take longer, and we may ask you to leave the bike for a few hours.
Do I need to book?
Not for a standard puncture, just come in. For Tenways and Hygge e-bikes and enclosed chains, booking a slot saves you waiting.
My tyre keeps puncturing. Why?
Usually something is still stuck in the tyre, the tyre is worn through, or the rim tape has moved. We check all three. If the tyre is finished, we will fit a new one. On road bikes we usually fit the Panaracer Pasela, or the Continental Gatorskin if you want more puncture protection. On hybrids it is the Panaracer Cross Town, or the Schwalbe Green Marathon for puncture resistance. We can also set you up tubeless at £30 per wheel.

4 Corsican Square, Bow E3 3XS, one minute from Devons Road DLR. We open at 9am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, until 7pm Monday to Wednesday and 6pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is 11am to 4pm, and we are closed on Thursday.
