Power cutting out, error codes, a battery that drains too fast. We find the cause before anyone replaces anything.
The mechanical side too
Brakes, gears, chains and tyres wear faster on a heavier, faster bike. We service the whole bike, not just the electrics.
A written report first
Every e-bike gets a free check-up and a written report. Nothing is done until you approve the quote.
Punctures on hub motors
Rear wheel punctures on Tenways and Hygge hub motors are fiddly. We fix them properly, at £28 including the inner tube.

Which e-bikes do you repair?
My e-bike keeps cutting out. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. Cutting out is often a connector, a sensor or a battery issue rather than a dead motor. The free check-up tells you which, and what it will cost, before any work starts.
How much does an e-bike service cost?
Our service levels start at £60 labour, with parts quoted separately. The free check-up comes first, so you know the price before you commit. Full prices are on our bike repair page.
How long will I be without my bike?
The check-up is normally done within 24 to 48 hours. Simple jobs are often finished the same day. Warranty work and parts ordered from the manufacturer take longer, and we tell you the expected date at drop off.
Do you handle warranty claims?
Yes. We assess the fault, document it and deal with Tenways or Hygge directly.
Do you sell e-bikes as well?
Yes. Every e-bike we sell is built and checked in our workshop before you collect it, and you can buy through Cycle to Work. See our e-bikes.
Where are you?
4 Corsican Square, Bow E3 3XS, one minute from Devons Road DLR, 8 to 10 minutes from Canary Wharf and six from Stratford. We open at 9am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, until 7pm Monday to Wednesday and 6pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is 11am to 4pm, and we are closed on Thursday.
Can I supply my own parts for a service or repair?
Yes, but a 10% surcharge on labour applies. We cannot guarantee the compatibility or quality of customer-supplied parts, or cover their defects or failures. Any warranty claim stays between you and the original retailer or manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable parts, and any extra labour they cause is chargeable.
