Two ways to get your bike

Free collection from the shop

Pick it up at 4 Corsican Square, London E3 3XS. Built, checked and ready to ride. No charge.

Fully built delivery to your door

Your bike is built, safety checked and road tested by our mechanics before it leaves the shop, then carried on a padded rack in a specialist van. It arrives ready to ride.

Why that matters

Most online bike retailers ship a bike flat packed in a box. You unpack it, fit the bars, the wheel, the pedals and the seatpost, then set the gears and the brakes yourself, or you pay a local shop around £60 to build and check it for you. Get it wrong on a brake or a torque setting and it is not a small mistake. Self assembly can also invalidate your manufacturer warranty: most brands require the bike to be built and handed over by an authorised dealer.

With us the bike is finished before it moves. No box, no assembly, no build fee at the other end, no packaging to get rid of, and your warranty intact.

What you get

  • Built and safety checked by our mechanics, not by you
  • Manufacturer warranty valid from day one
  • No box and no reassembly
  • Carried on a padded rack, never boxed or stacked
  • Fully insured in transit
  • Live tracking, plus a 3 hour delivery window the day before

The Full Expedition Build, Ready to Ride Away

The Genesis Tour de Fer 40 is the bike we point to at Aztecs Bikes when someone tells us they want to leave and keep going. It is the flagship of the Tour de Fer range, built around a Reynolds 725 double butted steel frame and delivered with front and rear racks, dynamo lighting and touring tyres already fitted. For 2026 Genesis has moved the range onto Shimano CUES LINKGLIDE, so the gearing is tougher and holds its adjustment far longer between services. There is nothing left to buy before your first tour.

Why We Chose This for Our Customers:

  • Reynolds 725 Double Butted Steel Frame: The tubeset that made this bike's reputation, giving a supple ride that stays comfortable on back to back days in the saddle and takes a heavy load without complaint.
  • Shimano CUES U6000 2x10 LINKGLIDE Drivetrain: A 46/32T chainset with an 11-39T cassette gives a genuinely low bottom gear for loaded climbing, and LINKGLIDE is built to hold its tune far longer than a standard drivetrain.
  • Busch and Muller Dynamo Lighting: A Lumotec IQ-X at the front and a Secula Plus at the rear, powered by the hub, so you are never rationing battery on a long day or a dark morning.
  • Front and Rear Racks Fitted as Standard: An AtranVelo AVS rear rack rated to 27kg plus an Explorer lowrider front rack, with TRP Spyre mechanical discs on 180mm and 160mm rotors that stay simple to service anywhere in the world.
