Fully built delivery to your door

Your bike is built, safety checked and road tested by our mechanics before it leaves the shop, then carried on a padded rack in a specialist van. It arrives ready to ride.

Why that matters

Most online bike retailers ship a bike flat packed in a box. You unpack it, fit the bars, the wheel, the pedals and the seatpost, then set the gears and the brakes yourself, or you pay a local shop around £60 to build and check it for you. Get it wrong on a brake or a torque setting and it is not a small mistake. Self assembly can also invalidate your manufacturer warranty: most brands require the bike to be built and handed over by an authorised dealer.

With us the bike is finished before it moves. No box, no assembly, no build fee at the other end, no packaging to get rid of, and your warranty intact.

A Columbus Alloy Gravel Bike for Adventures and Everyday Riding

The Zydeco Washboard has been reimagined as a modern gravel bike that is equally happy on a towpath, a bridleway or the commute. The frame is Columbus triple butted 6061 aluminium with a Columbus Cross+ carbon fork, and it clears 700 x 45c tyres.

It is packed with mounts: three bottle positions, top tube rivets for a bag, Anything cage mounts on the fork and fittings for a rear rack and mudguards. A threaded BSA bottom bracket and UDH hanger keep it simple to look after for years.

  • Columbus tubing: Triple butted 6061 T6 aluminium frame and Columbus Cross+ full carbon fork with Dual Rake System.
  • Shimano GRX 1x12: Wide range single chainring gearing with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and ICE rotors.
  • Room to explore: Tyre clearance up to 700 x 45c, with Schwalbe G-One Comp tyres fitted.
