Yes. We ensure you are never left off the road. Every Elves frame we supply comes with two gear mech hangers as standard, a level of value almost no other manufacturer provides. If you need extra headset spacers or specific parts, just let the Aztecs team know when you place your order.

Yes, absolutely. We want to ensure your riding position is perfect. If you require additional spacers for your integrated cockpit or steerer tube, please just let us know when we are finalising your build specifications. We will ensure they are included so your fit is exactly where you need it to be from the very first ride.

We advise an estimated 8–10 week timescale. This allows time for the factory to perfect your custom paint and for our mechanics to complete your build to our high standards.

Furthermore, Elves frames meet EN 14766 and ISO 4210-6:2014 European and International quality standards for durability and safety. Many of their frames are also UCI-approved, meaning they are certified for international professional competition. The Aztecs Guarantee: We wouldn’t offer these bikes at Aztecs Bikes if we didn't believe in them. We personally visited the Elves facilities and built a bike from scratch with their team to inspect every detail of the manufacturing process. We were so impressed by the precision of the carbon layup and the build quality that we knew we had to bring them to our customers in East London.

Because your bike is a bespoke, custom-painted product tailored specifically to your request, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once the frameset has entered production at the Elves factory.

When you invest in Elves build through us, you are protected by both the manufacturer and our local workshop expertise. Elves provides a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all frames, 2 years on wheelsets, and 1 year on their saddles.

Because we are your local London dealer, you never have to worry about dealing with warranty. If an issue arises, Aztecs Bikes handles the entire warranty process for you right here in the UK with Elves directly. In addition to the Elves warranty, we provide our own Aztecs Service Guarantee:

• 6-Week Performance Check-up: Bring your bike back to our workshop after the initial "bedding-in" period for a free safety and alignment check.

• 6-Month Labour Guarantee: We take immense pride in our builds. If there is any issue with the assembly or labour, we cover it for 6 months.

• 1-Year Component Support: For all non-Elves parts used in your custom build, we provide a one-year warranty against defects (excluding consumables like punctures, or damage from crashes and negligence).
